13 inch J Inox Italian Auto

Beautiful 13 inch swivel bolster stamped J Inox, which is made by Coltellerie Zoppis in the 80s. Solid brass bolsters, brass pins and brass liners which combine nicely with its dark rosewood scales that are free of cracks or chips. It has a thick 6 ” flat grind blade (does have some use scratches) and appears to have never been sharpened. Blade sit deep, fires hard and locks up tight with zero wobble.
